Elite Member IQ is built for small gyms, bootcamps, and personal trainers. We use Firebase and platform providers like Apple and Google to run the app, and we focus on collecting only the data we need to provide the service.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Elite Member IQ mobile application (the “App”) and this marketing website (together, the “Services”).
“We”, “us”, and “our” refer to Banana Bandito LLC, the company behind Elite Member IQ. The Services are currently focused on users in the United States, starting with Texas, and may expand to additional states and countries over time. When we expand into new regions or add new tools, we will update this policy as needed.
2. Data we collect
We collect only the information we need to run Elite Member IQ and keep your community functioning smoothly.
Account and profile information
- Account details: your name, email address, and password (stored as a hashed value, not in plain text).
- Role and membership: whether you are an owner, coach, staff, or member, and which gym/community you belong to.
- Optional information: for example, a member’s date of birth if you choose to provide it.
Community and content data
- Community details: gym or community name, logo, and basic settings.
- Bulletin posts: announcements, messages, and any images you upload to share with your members.
- Schedule and events: classes, bootcamps, practices, and other events you create, including dates and times.
Usage and activity data
- Activity history: records of certain in-app events (such as notifications sent or actions taken) so that you and your members can see a history of activity.
- App interactions: basic information about how features are used, to help keep the app working reliably.
Device and technical data
- Device information: such as device model, operating system version, and app version.
- Technical logs: limited diagnostic and error information that helps us troubleshoot issues.
- Notification tokens: identifiers used by Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver push notifications to your device.
3. How we use data
We use the information described above for the following:
To provide and operate the app
- To create and manage user accounts and communities.
- To display bulletin posts, schedules, and activity history to the right people.
- To send in-app and push notifications about upcoming events and important updates.
To maintain safety and reliability

- Account and community data are retained while your account and community remain active.
- Activity and technical logs may be kept for a shorter period to help us troubleshoot issues and keep the Services secure.

Because Elite Member IQ is currently focused on users in the United States, starting with Texas, your specific rights may vary by state. Regardless of where you are, we aim to give you meaningful control over your information.
- Access and updates: you can review and update certain account and profile details directly in the app.
- Account deletion: you can request deletion of your account and associated data via the in-app support or help section.
- Notifications: you can manage push notifications through your device and app settings.
When you contact us through the app with a privacy or data request, we aim to respond within 24 hours where reasonably possible.
8. Children’s privacy
Elite Member IQ is designed for coaches, gym owners, trainers, and their communities. It is not primarily directed at children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without appropriate consent. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it. If you believe a child has provided us data without consent, please reach out through the in-app support section.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including the security features provided by Firebase and our hosting providers.
- Encryption in transit for data between the app and backend.
- Restricted access to production systems.
- Monitoring for unusual or abusive activity.
However, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We work to protect your data but cannot promise absolute security.
10. International data transfers
Even though we are currently focused on users in the United States, some of our service providers (such as Firebase) may process or store data in data centers located in other regions.
Where data is transferred or stored outside your state or country, we rely on the safeguards provided by those infrastructure providers and the contractual arrangements we have in place with them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our Services, data practices, or legal requirements change.
